Hannah is excited to host another ‘Ladies Who Lift' kettlebell workshop on Sunday, July 23rd at YMAA Boston in Roslindale, MA. Come learn the basics about why we should use kettlebells, who benefits from kettlebell training (hint: EVERYONE), and how to safely perform a few of the foundational kettlebell skills. This workshop will teach you how kettlebells can build strength, promote fat loss, and support safe functional movement in your daily life.
