One-on-one personal training is the most powerful route to achieving your health and fitness goals. Working in the comfort of your home, personal training eliminates the barriers of time and commuting, and offers a fully-customized health and fitness program. Whether your goals include fat loss, getting strong, recovering from surgery or overall wellness, we will work together to design a program specifically to meet your needs.

Customized Workout Programming

Thinking about joining a gym? Hit a plateau with your fitness goals? Want to learn how to maximize each workout for more muscles in less time? A workout program may be just what you need! After our initial call to learn more about your goals, I will write a customized four week training program for you. We will check in at the end of the month to see how things went, and where you want to progress from here.

Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition guidance is  learning how to have a healthy relationship with food again.

  • Essentials $95/month

    • Four weeks of meal plans, recipes and grocery lists, plus some quick tips for preserving produce and navigating sugar cravings, sent to you by email. Vegetarian menu available upon request. These plans are perfect for jump-starting your journey towards healthier eating.

  • MIDDLE $175/month

    • All of the above, plus an initial 60-minute consult with me and weekly check-in call for support and troubleshooting.

  • Customized $325/month

    • Customized weekly meal plans, menus and shopping lists tailored around your health and fitness goals. Want to try going Paleo? No problem. Looking for a low-carb program? You’ve got it. Looking for healthy food that doesn’t take forever to prep? This is it. Each week you will receive weekly, customized meal plans based on your feedback and have a check-in call with me. In addition, I will be available to you by email and text message throughout the week for questions and troubleshooting.
