Feeling super extra grateful aF these days.

The people, experiences, and opportunities that I have been surrounded by lately have me feeling over-whoooooelmed with gratitude.

The funny thing is, a few years ago, I might have looked at my gratitude journal (something I did not keep back then) and laughed.  "Stupid meme shares with the girls?" That made it on your list of things you're grateful for?!

But today, I look at that "stupid meme shares" on my list and say "heck yeah that made it! Meme shares are life!"

Getting to this space of gratitude didn't happen overnight.  It came with time, with mindfulness.  It took the practice of paying attention daily to what little crap made me smile, what made me laugh.  What made me stop and appreciate.  And I wrote that shiz down.

Today I encourage you to pay attention to what's going on with you.  What made you smile today? What made you stop and appreciate?
