Working on a little something that I am SUPER jazzed to share with you guys in a few weeks.  So excited, in fact, that this idea has stolen hours of sleep for the past few nights because I can't. stahp. thinking. about. it.

I'll give you a hint.  It has to do with your attitude.  

Your gratitude attitude, if you will ;-)

As a result of making my way through Neghar Fonooni's "Lean and Lovely" program, the NUMBER ONE THING I walked away with had nothing to do with my physique (though...some could argue there were some substantial <insert peach booty emoji> developments...thank youuuuuuuuuu kettlebells).

It was the mindset piece of the program that gave me the guidance I needed to learn how to start paying attention and start actively appreciating shit.  Big shit and little shit.  Look forward to my Tuesdays just as much as my Saturdays.
